SRL Construction London Ltd gained its wealth of experience by initially developing within Zone 1 London. This involved high end projects mainly in the West End area. At the time SRL sat beneath main contractors who were on frameworks for large freeholders within the Mayfair, Knightsbridge & Westminster area. This then led to SRL being approached by high-net-worth individuals who wanted large bespoke properties built from scratch or refurbed to a very high standard.
Since then, the model for SRL has changed with us now focusing on new build developments within the Home Counties only. The complexity of working within Zone 1 – 4 has only increased whilst our founders reside in Berkshire it has meant working within the M25 is far more practical.
